Ok ladies, here we go day one in our week by week journey!
Some of us are Shredding regulars, others are new, and then there are those like me that are regulars but have been just too darn lazy so you might as well be starting fresh!
I plan on kicking your butts and my own over the next week so if its too hard or too easy let me know! If you take the day off, please post that you did so. I would like you all to go ahead and log your activity for the day here as well.
My former Shreddin' Sisters know the importance of our water in our workout and fitness so we strive to get 80 oz in every day...yes you read that correct 80 oz of high quality H2O!!!!
Here we go: Day 1
Shred (you choose the level)
50 crunches - cause my tummy is getting flabby!
10 push ups - cause my arms are getting flabby too!
20 plank jacks - cause they are my favorites.
and 15 reverse crunches - cause did I mention my tummy is flabby!!
