Those of you that have been around my group before or who are familiar with the Biggest loser know the last chance Work-out its the toughest...so here's your Tuesday Last chance workout!!!
Shred level choice or 45 minutes of different exercise
10 minutes walk/run (this could be walking in place etc)
50 crunches
25 reverse crunches
25 jumping jacks
50 punches
25 chest flies
15 squat and press
10 push ups
And of course 80 oz of water!!
Who's got this last chance workout??

Got my shred in this morning. I will get all the bonus stuff in tonight but got half of my water in already.

Nothing yet. I'm going to do a good workout tonight tho. I'm going to finish my water too. Ready for weigh in. I've been doing good.

I did zumba and the rest of the exercises. I was planning on doing the shred when my daughter goes to bed but I may have to shovel. We have a blizzard watch and my hubby won't probably make it home till midnight I'm guessing so it might be a good idea to shovel some.

All done! I did half of 6 week 6 pack level 2 (15 mins) 2 circuits of banish fat boost metabolism (10 minuets) a Kickbox workout (10 minutes) and 1 circuit in no more trouble zones (5mins) I did the challenge workouts and got in all my water.
