Thought I'd make a post to see how ladies were doing! Is anyone cutting inches and/or pounds? Have you been successful at sticking to your workout? Are you eating "the right stuff"? 

Today I was 161.6, .2lbs less than last time, LOL. I went back up to 163 during the week, so I suppose I should be glad I've gone down at all! I haven't been overly active, it was Dh's bday this week so there was all sorts of bad food and family fun going on. I have been doing pretty good about my water, and I AM going to do some stuff today though! 

So spill it sisters! How are you doing?

I lost barely 2 inches but I'm down to 128.4. Which I think is a pound less.

I lost almost a pound and am down to 186.8, which is right where I was at before the stress of waiting for hubby to get home.  Now that he is home I hope to reach 185 this week, and continue the loss!

Still at 239. My jeans are loose again but (of course) I can't find my tape measure to see if I have lost any inches.

I lost 2 lbs from last week but that just makes up for the ones I gained the week before lol. lost an inch on my hips (sucks not where I want to loose it) and half in on my arms.

I am down to 177 so that is 1.4 pounds lost for me! I haven't checked inches but will try to do so this weekend.

Thanks ladies for giving me the push I needed to jump back in to my workouts!
