Thought I'd make a post to see how ladies were doing! Is anyone cutting inches and/or pounds? Have you been successful at sticking to your workout? Are you eating "the right stuff"?
Today I was 161.6, .2lbs less than last time, LOL. I went back up to 163 during the week, so I suppose I should be glad I've gone down at all! I haven't been overly active, it was Dh's bday this week so there was all sorts of bad food and family fun going on. I have been doing pretty good about my water, and I AM going to do some stuff today though!
So spill it sisters! How are you doing?
