2 lbs Hamburger
2-3 slices bread crumbled
3-4 Tbsp minced onions (fresh or dried)
ketchup ( you cant really measure here, start small and add more as needed to get a nice moist but still thick and holding together ball)
1-2 Tbsp worchester sauce
dash of garlic powder
salt and pepper
2 bottles of BBQ sauce (any two flavors will work, but they must be different flavors. My favorites are smoked mesquite and honey)
1 sm can crushed pineapple
Mix all but the last two ingredients, just as you would for meatloaf then form into sm. balls.
Place several on a microwave plate taking care not to crowd them. Micro wave in 1 minute intervals turning each time until the meatballs are half cooked through. Place in crockpot and repeat as neccesary.
While the first meatballs are cooking add both bottles of BBQ and the crushed pineapple together in a bowl. Mix. Place a sm amount of the mixture in the bottom of the crockpot to prevent burning or sticking.
Once the meatballs are in the crockpot pour the remaining mixture over them and cook on low for about 2 hours or until done.
