I run an inhome day care and this is my first experience with a breastfed baby having to take a bottle.

I have tried everything I can think of. I tried holding her in dif positions, trying all the dif bottles and nipples her mom has bought and still she refuses to take it.

We have tried Drop Ins, Dr Brown's, Avent, Nuk, and Parents Choice bottles all with different nipples.

Her mom thought if she got hungry enough she would take one but she just screams for hours. The most she has cried is 1 1/2 hours before her mom came and got her.

I have tried to hide the bottle under a blanket which worked for a little bit and then she figured it out and now it doesn't work either.

Do any of you have any advice on how to get her to take the bottle?

Maybe try one of the bottles that resembles a breast?

her mom is going to quit her job. she said she is just too worried that baby isnt eating good enough. Plus the dad wont try to bottle feed so he is NOT helping at all. Thanks for the advice though.
