Quick Doughnuts And
Doughnut Holes
1 (11-ounce) can buttermilk biscuits (not flaky)
1-quart vegetable oil
Cinnamon sugar to put on the doughnuts (or powdered sugar!)
Heat the oil in a large pot or fryer to 350
Lay biscuits on a flat surface and punch holes in the center with an apple corer or anything handy to make a doughnut hole!
Save the holes
Put into hot oil and fry for 30 secs on each side or until golden brown.
Put a mixture of cinnamon sugar in a plastic baggie and then toss in the doughnuts and doughnut holes to coat with the mixture. You can also do the same with powdered sugar!
You can also make glazes for them like chocolate!
