Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip:

10 ounces Chicken Meat (you can use canned--but I prefer to used leftover baked Chicken Breast meat--process in food processor or chop finely)

2-8oz pkgs of cream cheese (softened)

1 cup ranch or bleu cheese dressing (get the dressing without the MSG-like Newmans Own)

3/4 -1 cup hot sauce (Franks, or Crystal)

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

In pan, mix together chicken and hot sauce over low-medium heat, until heated through. Stir in cream cheese and ranch/blue cheese dressing. Cook, blending well and heating until warm throughout. Stir in half of the cheddar cheese until melted. Transfer to a casserole dish and sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top and bake in oven at 300 degrees for about 20 minutes. Serve with celery or chicken in a biskit crackers.
