Cranberry Apple Turkey Cutlets
2 t. melted butter
1/2 C. Chicken broth
1 large apple, cored & Chopped
1/2 C. Chopped onion
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 C. whole berry cranberry sauce
3/4 t. poultry seasoning
2 C. seasoned crumb-style stuffing
2 1/2 lb. turkey breast cutlets
Kitchen string
Combine butter, broth, apple, onion, celery, cranberry sauce, seasoning, and stuffing.
Place 3 to 4 tablespoons of stuffing mixture on each turkey cutlet.
Roll up and tie.
Place in lightly buttered crockpot.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours (on high for 4 hours)
