BBQ Roast Beef
2 lb. Boneless cooked roast beef
1 bottle (12 ounces) BBQ sauce
1 to 1 1/2 C. water
10 to 12 sandwich rolls or 1 loaf artisan bread
* I cooked the beef in the crock pot during the day, shredded it, then did this-
Combine all ingredients in Crock pot. Cover, cook on low for 2 hours.
*when I added the ingredients, I also added some vinegar and brown sugar for the hell of it!
