How did you spend your Valentines Day? Did you get anything?
Dh and I went out this weekend and purchased everything to start making wine. That was somewhat of a shared gift. We did get the kids a couple things and I made this for dinner.
The best present? I served it on paper, so no one had to do dishes!

I worked last night so and since everything is going on with the house we decided not to do anything for Valentines Day.
I did heart paper chains and decorated a bit for DD while she was at school.
Even though he wasnt supposed to get me anything, DF went to this awesome cupcake shop nearby and got me a few of my favorites.
We had heartshaped blueberry waffles for breakfast. I let the kids decorate heartshaped cookies with red, white & pink icing & sprinkles. They also painted their hands & feet for a picture I made. My husband & I gave tyler treasure buddies & Makenzi 2 singing stuffed animals. For dinner we ordered from our favorite restaurant so we could eat it in the comfort of our own home.. We never really go out to celebrate valentines day..

When my kids were younger, I use to take them to a store that let them decorate cookies. They loved it!

I love decorting cookies! My nephew is coming over tomorrow to spend a couple nights so we decided to wait for him to decorate with us.
