If you're struggling to find the perfect Mother's Day gift, some getaways are offering unique deals that cater to mom. NY1's Valarie D'Elia filed the following report.

For moms who want to keep both their waistline and wallets in shape, give the gift of health for an August trip out west. The five day Colorado Women's Fitness Camp takes place against the backdrop of the Rocky Mountain National park with mountain biking, archery, and hiking, along with yoga and tai chi. The cost is $430 including meals, accommodations and activities from August 17-22.

In the mountains of New Hampshire, Moms can take flight at the Omni Mount Washington Resort'sMom's Fly Free Package. After a lifetime of zipping up coats, Mom can feel the freedom of zipping along the Bretton Woods Canopy Tour through the resort's FOGO (fly one, get one free) program on Sunday May 13. You can join her covering a distance of 1,000 feet of elevation along 10 zip lines. The rate is $99 for resort guests and $110 for the public.

For Moms with a flair for fashion, The Strand Hotel NYC, is offering Fashionista Moms the “Model for a Day Package.” Your mom will get dolled up in vintage couture clothes, have her hair and makeup done, and be camera ready for a private photo shoot on the rooftop resulting in a portfolio of 75 photos. The two night package is priced $1,359 based on single or double occupancy. A $50 dinner credit to the Strand American Bistro is also included. This is good through the end of the year.

Should your mom be a foodie, take her on a culinary tour inspired by "Top Chef". Led by a licensed guide who is also a chef, you will eat your way through SoHo, Chinatown, NoLita, Little Italy and Greenwich Village. The tour runs most Saturdays at noon. Through the end of August get $5 off the $48 price by entering code Val when you click on daily tours.
