Flour Tortillas: I Make these all the time all measurements are approximate. 4 cups regular flour, 2 tablespoons baking powder, 2 tablespoons salt. Mix well. Cut in 1/4 cup lard, add slowly about 1 cup hot water no more than 1 1/2 cups. Should be moist and tacky to touch. The lard is the secret, if you want you could substitute real butter also yummy, do not melt the butter. Good luck!
