Limber de Coco

Ingredients
1/2 can evaporated milk
1/2 can coconut milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg yolk
Cinammon to taste
Directions
Mix evaporated milk, coconut milk, sugar, vanilla, egg yolk and cinammon in a bowl.

Add additional sugar and cinammon to taste.

Pour in plastic glasses or ice trays.

Freeze it Baby and Enjoy!!
Tips

You can also use fresh *coconut milk* with coconuts purchased at your grocery store.

Coconut Milk is NOT the same as coconut water.

Limbers de Piña

1 lata de piña en trocitos o ruedas
2 tazas de jugo o nectar de piña
2 tazas de agua
azúcar a gusto

En la licuadora mezclar todos los ingredientes. Llenar con lo resultante, vasitos plásticos y alcongelador. Luego de unas horas disfrutar de unos deliciosos
limbers.

Limbers de parcha ó Maracuya

Ingredientes:

- 2 Taza de jugo de parcha ó maracuya
- 2 tazas de agua
- azúcar a gusto

Mezclar todo y hechar vasitos plásticos en el congelador y a disfrutar de unos
deliciosos limber.

Limber de Chocolate

- 2 latas de leche evaporada
- 1/4 taza de agua
- 4 tabletitas de chocolate rallado
- 1/4 Taza de azúcar o agusto
- 1/2 cdta. de vainilla

Hierva el chocolate, el agua y la leche. Al hervir agregue con el azúcar y la vainilla. Retire del fuego y refresque. Vierta en vasitos y congele.

They are so good and easy to make! My great grandpa used to sell them for $0.25 =)

A lady down the street makes all kinds of limber. I love them!! i asked her how to make them but she wojuldnt tell me. Does anyone know how to make strawberry limbers, pina coolata limbers, cherry limbers and lime limbers
