What color is breast milk supposed to look like? My milk used to look yellowish but now its white? Does it mean maybe i'm not eating right? Or that it isnt good for my baby?

Sorry ladies I didnt breast feed my son, so all of this is.new and concerning... I would appreciate any advice and information

1 mom liked this
The first milk is clear and thick (like vaseline)
After that it has a hint of yellow because of the cholestrum, as the cholestrum fade the breast milk turns out whiter.
