The

Question of the Day:

When you know you’re going to have a big dinner in the evening to celebrate something, do you change your eating habits throughout the day to prepare for it?

Not just for a special dinner, I do this everyday: Light meals and snacks.

Yes I usually do not eat until dinner. I already know I am going to eat a lot at dinner so I think by skipping breakfast and lunch it would help. Me being silly.

If I know theres going to be a big dinner, I probably won't eat much during the day.

I don't eat like I am suppose to (test show I've starved myself because I am never hungry!). I try. But if I know we're going to have something really good, I won't eat and will just drink water, hoping, I can fill myself :)

Yes, I will usually eat something light so that I can chow down at the big dinner.

Yes because I usually prepare food all day so I either pick at what I cook or eat smaller meals/snacks.
