So after 3 months of exercising and using sensa (which has helped me eat better portions) I went to the beach yesterday and wore a bikini!! This week I will be starting month number four and I feel proud of myself, I realized yesterday I may never go back to being a size 2 or even a 4 but I am definitely rocking my size 7! I am proud of what I have accomplished...wanted to share and also make this post an open door for all of you to give yourselves a pat on the back, we deserve it!

ugh with my work schedule its getting hard to stick to sensa. I either forget it at home or forget to sprinkle. I need to get back on my roll.
