I got a sunburn yesterday when I went to the beach and pool.


When was the last time you got a sunburn, and what were you doing?

Probably like when I was 12 I still have a Sun spot from it. It was a 4th of July weekend my family went camping in San Felipe. I remember how painful it was so since then I always use some sort of Sun protection even when tanning.

I got one about 3 weeks ago at the beach. Then I got shingles I thought it was the sunburn and in fact I had both happen at the same time.

Only once when I was 15, went to the beach and fell asleep longer than I planned.

When I was 12, we went to Acapulco and I got toasted. My skin ached so bad. Thankfully my mom had some Aloe vera gel and that made me feel so much better. After that incident I make sure to apply sun block and use aloe vera gel as soon as I get home.

It's been awhile but it hurt really bad

Back in March during our Florida trip... I used aloe Vera.
