We're having pinto-bean burritos for dinner. I was searching the net for a decent recipe for the beans when I thought, why not try this group? So, ladies, do any of you have some good pinto bean recipes? (I hope it isn't offensive I've asked, but I figured you guys might have the best recipes for making them traditionally - and yummy the way DH likes them.)

We usually eat our beans charro style here. they usually call for bacon but I don't eat pork so I Just add tomato diced, with onion, and bell peppers. But we don't eat them as a tacos more of a side dish
When we have refried beans again as a side well have then either with chorizo. Or I'll line the cockpot with with sliced onions and Serrano peppers then through in the beans. that makes for a good bean dip.
