My family gives me a lot of flack about me wrapping my beba. She is 16 months old and I have been wrapping her since she was like 2 weeks old. I have never used a stroller in my life with her, I just wrap her when out in public & we are on our way.
My mother swears that what I am doing is unhealthy for my baby girl and inhibits mental & physical development. I beg to differ...my baby girl is interacting with the world at eye level. She is comfortable and close to mommy everywhere she goes.

Also, I know lots of mother's do and I don't see a problem with them.
I wore my baby until she was too heavy!!!

and I dont agree with your family. actually Ive read that it helps them with **equilibrio** because they percieve the world from your point of view, and they .... I dont know how to say thisin english..
