Today's sex confession comes from Paula* who has been married to
Dan* for over 10 years. She's a stay-at-home mom to three kids, and has a
very active sex life with her husband. She attributes the five times a
week sexy time with her man to her labia piercing,
which she got almost a year ago when she and her husband were going
through what she calls a "funk." There wasn't much nookie going on so
she surprised him with a kinky piercing in hopes it would make her much
more aware of her naughty bits ... and turn her husband on. It worked.
Though she's never told any of her friends about it ... until now.
With three kids and 10 years of marriage, it's kind of hard to spice things up when you've kind of tried everything already and ... well, have three kids running around never giving you any free time to really get creative ... sexually with your husband. I've always liked piercings on women -- nose rings, lip rings -- but never had any except for my ears. I had never even thought about getting any kind of kinky piercing before because I was worried about how it would heal and how bad it would hurt. But you know what hurts worse? A dwindling sex life. So one day I literally woke up and thought, I'm going to pierce my lady parts today!
I wanted to do something exciting. It was. I wanted to do something wild. It was that, too. I wanted to do something that would be kind of a little secret between my husband and me. And it was that, too. I don't go around talking about my labia piercing with friends and it's certainly not dinner conversation with my in-laws. But it's a little piece of steel that turns my husband on and has improved our sex life. It makes me feel sexy. It makes me feel more turned on. And it was surely cheaper than marriage counseling. Not that we needed it, but our sex life was dying. Something had to be done and I'm so glad I did it.
In case you were wondering, it healed super fast. And has presented no problems so far. Worth it? Absolutely!

I would not do it because needles scare the living crap out of me. I asked my husband what he thinks about it before and he said he doesn't like it.. I don't believe him though!

I am all for piercings but I don't think I would be able to do it. My belly ring took a long time to heal and it did hurt so I wouldn't want to think an area (down there) that is always moist and covered how long it would take to heal.
