parental control on cel phone!

My 14yr old stepsons biological mother got him a cell phone w/full acceSs to the web.
She isn't involved w/them- much leSs their well being.
She only bothers to see him & his 2 other siblings twice a yr.
I have discuSs my concern w/her, but she says "she aint got time to worry & boys will b boys!"
I've heard him play explicit rap songs- which I don't approve of.
& from time to time he gts nerves & turns off his phone when we come to his room or go in2 the living room unexpectedly.
I don't want to risk having him look @ porn or other inappropriate material @ his age-
So, do u ladies know if u can set a parental control on a cell phone?! :o

Yes u can but if you are not the one that is paying the bill you wont have access unless she gives you that info and can set it up online.

Yes our 14 yr old has a cell. We chose for her not to have Internet access at all. And she can only Use it to call or txt. And I monitor the txting!

 This!! My hubby pays for the phones my oldest two stepdaughters use so he has put limited access on the web and they're 17 and 14.
