Can you kill a spider just by squishing it with a tissue?

I don't kill spiders...as a previous owner of a tarantula I have to say they do help with the insect population, what I do is trap them and throw them out the house.

You seriously have issues with bugs huh. . I say this cause I just ran into another post you made about vacuuming spiders ,:-) anyway, I was told its bad luck to kill spiders so I relocate them outside. Except black widows there's a lot here. Those we kill with spray.
