I cannot move on. Update 2-16

My hCG levels are still rising. They haven't dropped at all, and are slightly higher than when the mtx was given. I want to be done with this. MTX is the worst substance I have ever had the misfortune of having put in my body.
I am waiting on a call from the same dr's office that I never want to see again because my former ob won't take my case.

I am so upset about this. I'm scared they'll want to dose me again.

Minor update as of 5pm central time.:

They want me at their office at 8am for a blood draw. Then we go from there. I told them I will not do another mtx dose nor will I see the doctor who I saw previously ever again.
I can't stop crying right now. I just want this to be done. I want to move on and this is not working.

I had the blood drawn then they worked me in for an ultrasound. The blood test had not even come back before they talked to me. I have a yolk sac but no baby inside a tiny spot either on the side of or right inside of my right ovary or tube. It is rare even in cases of ectopic pregnancy it seems.
I have surgery scheduled for tomorrow morning at 9am.
I refused to have it done today because the doctor who I had a bad experience with is on call today. I refused a second dose of MTX. I want to move on already and for me waiting yet another week after a dose of mtx waiting on my numbers to come back, praying for them to drop, and then still not having a guarantee of the shot working, makes the dose not worth it.

I'm so sorry. :( Did they ever confirm an ectopic? If not, it seems like you could just wait for it to happen naturally... it took a month after my baby died for my body to catch on and finally miscarry, but it went pretty "smoothly" as far as miscarriages go.

They've not confirmed ecctopic. I began bleeding and passing tissue before the mtx and just stopped bleeding yesterday. My levels are plateaued in the low 400s and high 300s since the 6th.

Huh. Could you ask for another ultrasound before they try to push another methotrexate shot?

I will demand one, and also be firm that they do anything diagnostically they need to do to determine if I really need another dose of mtx before even coming close to agreeing to it.
