after loosing my son 4 weeks ago...i still have tender and painful breast...they tend to hurt after i drink water...which i remember is  how i used to stimulate my milk to breast feed my son after he was born 6 years ago...when will these pregnancy reminders go away completely?

 It may take some time- and it's different for each person. I was "feeling pregnant" for nearly a month after i lost my baby. So sorry for your loss.

I'm sorry for your loss honey.  How far along were you?  That might play into how long you will feel symptoms.  Maybe see if your HCG has returned to 0.  My symptoms were slowly going away a day or so before my angel passed, so I am no help here.
