Sometimes I don't realize how much I'm hurting until I let myself hurt

Kids are napping and I just broke down

I think I understand what you mean.  You keep really busy, and then in the quiet you can hear the hurt inside.  Sorry *hugs*

Yeah. Most of the day, I'm fine, but little things will make me lose it. I lit a candle yesterday, and just the thought of that candle being for my baby made me flip my shit. DH didn't know what it was for when he got home and just picked it up and blew it out. I went apeshit on him. It was nuts.

I had moments like that after my loss too.

I know exactly how you feel. Toy keep yourself so busy throughout the day with kids and housework that your mind doesn't have time to think. Then when all is done and things are quite you just can't hold it in anymore. That happens to me all the time. (((Hugs)))

I've been there...so many times.  Praying for better days ahead for you!  Hugs!

Hurting eventually goes away, but tears are God's way to heal you faster-let them out when you can. They help.

My meltdowns usually happened in the shower. :(

Somedays you have to let yourself hurt. You have to take the time to grieve or you will never truely begin to deal with your loss. Let us know if there's anything we can do for you.
