2 misscarriages and pregnant again

My name is Andrea, I am 20 years old and I've experiences 2 misscarriages. The first one was in June of 2011 and the second one was may 2012 turns out during my second misscarriage I came out pregnant so far everything seems to be fine my hcg level are going up normally last time I went to the doctor and the gestational sac grew, he said I was between 5/6 weeks this was last tuesday, I have an appointment this Friday and I'm so scared of hearing bad news, I been experiencing mild cramps, mild lower back pain, and my nipples are a alittle tender very sleepy urinating frequently... I would love any advice

I am sorry for your losses, however congrats on your current pregnancy!  It's going to be a bumpy mental road, I won't lie!  You just have to try and stay as positive as possible.  You are going to worry, you are going to question things, we all do it.  For me, reciting the serenity prayer when I started to have doubts really helped.  I just had to come to terms with things were totally out of my control.  Wishing you a happy & healthy 9 months!

Congrats on your pregnancy and hoping/praying everything goes great! It is so nerve wracking to be pregnant after a loss/es. Just take it day by day, milestone by milestone and stay open with your Dr about what you want to happen throughout your pregnancy and how they can give you extra reassurances. Good luck!

 hang in there...we are trying/not preventing also and just had a miscarriage the end of May.....I hope that I can also get pregnant again right away and find the strength not to be scared to death.....I can only imagine that the pain is still very fresh...just know that little life is growing and worth it, even if it doesn't work out, you still tried... hang tight and pray! Also stay in touch on this group..everyone is pretty supportive and kind...hoping for the best for you!

I'm sorry for your losses.  I hope that this pregnancy progresses well.  I think it's very common to have mild cramping in early pregnancy.  I had it with my son and he is a healthy 4 year-old today.  Hope your appt. goes well on Friday.  Please keep us updated!  HUGS!

Thank you so much for your supportive comments, I went to my appointment yesterday to my surprise there was a heart beart I am now 6 weeks and 3 days today,I am so excited the sound of the heart beat plays over in my head it was so amazing, my doctor gave me sample prenatal vitamins and asked to see me back in 2 weeks I can't wait!
