why is it then when i type something i am really concerned about i only get one reply i mean seriously??? i thought some of you might be able to help me but i guess not????

Most just read and not reply especially if they have no advice. I'm sorry you feel that way but not every post is going to get a lot of replies. There are quite a few mods that come on through out the day and reply. But it usually depends on the day and time as people can be busy during the day. I'm sorry but sometimes it takes time to reply.
