Update--Finding out about getting pregnant 1 year after the miscarriage

I had my 1 year follow-up with my GYN. They do not have concerns of me being infertile. They suggested I takes something called pregnitude for a few months and track my ovulations with an ovulation kit. She said this is what the fertility specialist would do so she wants to just get it out the way. If I'm not pregnant by spring than they will send me to the specialist.  I'm not to thrilled about buying a kit and tracking ovulation days. A huge part of me feels like i just want it to happen naturally without all the tracking...exactly how it happened the first time. But than i think if this is what she's recommending to get it out the way just in case I have to see someone else than why not just try it for a couple months.

I do feel mentally and emotionally fine with the idea of having a baby. After the miscarriage I really felt I couldn't even attempt to get pregnant again, on purpose or by accident. I feel like even though before the miscarriage I didn't care if I had children or not now its perfectly okay if i would like to have a child. I mean I am human and changing my mind isn't a crime. I'm still hurt over my loss but not as a angry like I was this time last year.

I feel similarly about tracking ovulation, but I'm doing it early rather than waiting down the line in case it takes us awhile to get pregnant.

Just a heads up, I paid $20 for 20 ovulation strips and 1 pregnancy test. Then I went to Amazon and got 40 strips and 10 pregnancy tests for $13! I took both today to compare and the amazon ones were MUCH more sensitive!

Thanks for the well wishes and advice!! I was on amazon and saw those but wasn't sure if they were as effective. I will order them instead.
