What really bothered me

My MIL is a nurse, when I started bleeding I confided in her and asked her opinion. After the miscarriage was confirmed I asked my SIL about the fertility specialist, because I will be seeing him.

i got a text saying "sorry" from sil, but nothing else.

of course my husband is heartbroken, my mom and I talked a bit, but she is far away and we don't really get along all the time.

it was really bothering me yesterday and today that they had nothing else to say about it, especially since both of them have been through several miscarriages and fertility issues....of course maybe that's why? Too sad?

anyway I just needed to get that off my chest.

Hugs. my SIL did same thing. I guess some people don't really know what to say an figure they will just give you space, that's what my inlaws excuses were. :S

I think sometimes people just don't know what to say so they don't say anything. Some of my family did the same thing. It was difficult, but I don't think they do it intentionally to hurt us. I am so sorry for your loss.
