I found out I lost my angel on Feb 29 last yr and had a d&c march 2nd. We tried up until Dec for another but took a break due to stress. I went to my ob and she said she was sure I had ashermans syndrome (interuterin scaring) and that I would need surgery to fix it beefore have more children. I had an appointment with a specialist next wednsday. Well last Monday I found out I am pregnant and am so worried and scared. For those of you that have conceived after a loss, how did you get over being scared of lossing the baby again?

Congratulations and I hope everything goes perfect for you. I am just over 16wks with my rainbow and though I am starting to relax and get excited, I am not sure the fear ever leaves. Just take it one day at a time.

I'm 14 weeks now with my rainbow and still worry.  I don't think I will stop until I hold my baby in my arms.

Congrats and good luck. I never stopped worrying but I stayed open with my dr about my fears, I was watched closely, i had a home fetal doppler to check her heartbeat when i was too anxious

I bought mine of amazon I believe..maybe ebay. I got the sonoline b and it was fabulous. I think it was only 60 bucks which was worth every penny to keep me calm

Congrats to you! :-)

We, too, are expecting our rainbow baby, we are at 27 wks (due June 6th).
As time has gone on, I've tried to reassure myself that everything is going to he fine. But, I'm still worried and anxious, and as some here have said...I won't be able to relax, until we're holding him in our arms.
