Anyone want to talk?

Anyone have any advice on what is healthy or not healthy to eat if you might have estrogen dominance? Sure could use some input on it if anyone can help tell me some tips on what can help me that would be great. I am trying to conceive even though I had a miscarriage 9 months ago. I pray I'm not having this hormone problem and that I will become pregnant soon. Any advice or useful input on it would be much appreciated. Thanks hugs Dawna

I have no idea.  Have you talked to your doctor about it?  They could help you better.

I think starting with your doctor first would be a good idea to see if that is or isn't the problem. Then go from there. There are some women on here who also go to naturopaths and have had success with that as well. Good luck.
