I am in a miscarriage support group, and I was finding that many other moms had the exact type of pregnancy/miscarriage that I had, but had no idea what it was and felt very lost and confused about it. I know my midwife, radiologist, and then doctor who did my d&c told me nothing about why I was pregnant with no child. So I took it upon myself to research and find what exactly was happening and what it was called. I found my answers in just a few searches, I found all my answers, and found that this is much more common that I thought. Fifty percent of all first trimester miscarriages are because of an anembryonic pregnancy, and with a majority of them most women didn't even know they were pregnant.

I just want to share with other moms, this was not your fault, there is nothing wrong with you, and to not be afraid to try again.
