Foggy?

What do you do about the foggy feeling from depression?  How do you work around it?

I talk to my hubby and we talk about what I need or could do to help me out. Sometimes it is just more time in my craft room, hanging out with friends or getting out the house.

 I know outside air is an instant fix. It's just getting out there that I have to jump over.

 I talk to my best friend who I have recently started dating.  He helps me realize that what I am feeling is temporary.  I also go to the gym.  3 miles on the treadmill helps.

I try to keep active, even just doing dishes, anything with my hnads and mind othrwise it seems to get worse.  I'm so scattered today.
