what is the hardest time of day for you?

for me it is the evening, after dinner .

 I haven't but my pastor and his wife did and they left enough points for a snack in the evening

I'm not doing weight watchers but I'm using myfitnesspal.com and late evening is the hardest time for me too. I'm used to snacking after the kids go to bed and it's a hard habit to break.

When my hubby gets home. Is the hardest time for me.

 yes, you end up being hungry pretty much. It does teach portion control, so that's a lasting thing you get from the program but life long one needs to learn how often to eat and what to eat and what not to eat. I don't think the program focuses enough on that. I wonder if, for what the program ends up consting, you could get a nutritionist to help you.

 I think the most important thing to do is decide what time your meals and snacks will be and stick to it. That way you will not be hungry.
