i use spray. its much more convenient.

Spray..my kids don't slow down so I have to get them on the go..lol..

spray on sometimes I will forget to but more on the kids after swimming and they got sunburn.

is use both,

prefer spray, except on my face.

spray though seems to run out

much faster!

rub on...I tried spray on once, and it was too sticky and all I could smell was alcohol.

Whichever I happen to grab out of the closet lol. My kids are like their daddy and don't really burn. But me on the other hand can be out in the sun for five minutes and be as red as a lobster.
