Whethter its imagining your happly place to get relaxed or visualizing a goal you'd like to achieve (like getting into a better house, getting a better job), do you use visualization?

I just started a little collection of pictures of places where I would like to some day visit.  So far I have two pictures--one is of Missoula, Montana and the other is of a place in Greenland.  When I look at them I just feel so peaceful inside.  I loved the pictures so much, I did not want to throw them away so now I am going to either put them in a notebook or make a visual display for myself.

yes I do that is one that I like best because you can also do it with something that has happened in your life.
