Hello, all. I am new to this group. I have suffered from depression most of my life, it is not just a seasonal depression. I have learned to manage it usually. Sometimes it seems to take over, but I don't give up! Thank you for having this group!

Hi Pattie,
I too suffer from depression and I am glad to hear I'm not the only one. How do you cope? How far along is your pregnancy?

Hi and welcome to the group. I have suffered from depression all my life too. That's good  you hang in there. That's not always easy to do. I understand how the depression can take over. I am on meds. for depression and anxiety. I do water aerobics several times  a  week, Exercising help  me tosleep better and I feel good after a workout. Glad to have you join us.

Hi, I cope with meds and positive thinking/self-talk, staying away from anything negative. BTW I'm not pregnant.

Welcome to the group!  I'm glad you have found some non meds ways to help your depression.  A big one for me is doing arts and crafts.
