Okay so I did a post a few days ago, and they suggested that I have BPD(borderline personality disorder) and I also thought I had a mental problem so this was freaky that I was told that
I was reading up on it and I have ALL the symptoms
I don't have insurance at the moment, the place I am trying to get it from wont call me back!!!
So I cant get the help I need at this moment
It is effecting my life, because I always have headaches and I cant deal with stress the right way
I need to know a quick fix or some free help!
Get a diagnosis. A lot of mental illnesses mimic each other but effective treatment is different. What works for one might not work for another.
Mental illnesses don't have a quick fix. It takes work but it's worth it.
Google ways to deal with stress. There are tons of little tricks and I think there are a few posts on that in here as well.
Talking helps and so does writing. Start a journal.
I personally am a list person. I write out everything that is causing me stress and come up with ways to deal with each one seperately instead of letting it all overwhelm me.
Breathing excersizes.
Quality time to yourself where you can relax.
I try to journal, cant find the time at the moment but deff gonna make it, I just tried googling that, couldnt find one.

Most places have mental health clinics that operate on a sliding free or free depending on your income. If you live in a small town, you may have to go to a bigger city to find one. But it'll get you on the right track.
