I no longer have insurance and meds are so pricey I have to pick and choose  what I take.I am  fine a good portion of the day and then I crash and my mood is horrible.Any home remedies or other options besides  depression meds?

Loving life, smiling because it is free, laughing because it is fun plus it burns calories.

omega 3's like fish or flax oil, cardio exercise, yoga for stress relief, hobbies and journaling to get the bad thoughts out.

I agree, exercise is great for depression and anxiety. Keeping busy too. Having a hobby. Take a class for fun. Check your libraries, I have taken craft class there before. I find praying and reading my Bible daily helps too.

I always found that painting or drawing eased some of my anxiety and depression.
