Did you ever have any hobbies?  Maybe try starting them again.  It's important to get your mind out of the cycle of feeling like you can't do anything.  Even coloring in a coloring book can be theraputic and take your mind off of being depressed.

Either do I but I think I can be content.  That's better than being totally depressed, I guess?

"Happy".

The word itself is flaky.  It starts with the 3 letters "hap" which are the same three letters in "haphazard" "happenchance" "Hapless" "Haply".

All these words depend on chance, luck and the big "maybe".

Choose, instead, true "joy" which can only be found when you come to terms with who you really are (with no lying or excuses) and seeing the value in everything around you - even when you're cleaning the toilet, let it be with a joyful heart.  At least it's not an outhouse.

think of things in your mind that seem fun to you. like a hobby of some sort and then go for it. for me it is swimming. i love to be in water. as a matter of fact in the winter time i go to a hotel and stay that has a pool every so often so i can swim. whenever i have to book a hotel at any time i always book one with an indoor swimming so the weather doesnt mess up my swim.
