Oh yes. When I get severe anxiety, my finger start to tingle first, followed by my feet then sometimes by mouth and face. Freaks me out each time. I hate it.
Have you tried progressive muscle relaxation? it can really help with the body sensations from panic and anxiety.
yes i have experienced the tingling and my head goes numb. just know that you will get through it when it happens.
yes when it first started happening it scared the crap out of me!
