Hi: I'm new here and looking for help.
I am wondering if it is possible to know, without going to a DR if I am bi-polar and if there are changes that I can make (attitude wise) that can help me to get out of it.
I have read the book "Stop Walking on Eggshells" and know that I exhibit some signs of this disorder.
Can anyone give me any advice or help me?
