So just when i thought my sis cudnt get any more handed to her now theres a guy who keeps tryin to take her out to dinner n says he will treat her like gold.anything she wants.hes older guy n ofcourse my sis is young and pretty.she already keeps gettin shit handed to her.she dont work only gets child support lives at my moms for free while we all got to pay.she constantly gettin money from my stepdad to pay her car insurance etc.n then she has her friend down the street that just bought her a 4g lite phone and buys her cigs all the time and takes my sis n niece out all the time.like u got to b kiddin me.sum ppl got all the luck.

Luck?  She's not lucky.  She simply knows how to manipulate the game which is a good trait if you use it for good.

She's paying her bills with this trait.  She's building a relationship with it.  She has a roof over her head with it.

She's providing for her basic needs the only way she knows how.  Seems to me it's because no one has taught her there's a better way to get what you want out of life.  It's not her issue if she's not taught to survive like everyone else does - she just survives the only way she knows how.

The only one you are hurting by getting upset over it is yourself. She sounds like the type who could care less about your feelings. It's true that life isn't fair and some people have a knack for getting things handed to them on a silver platter. But it wont do any good for you to dwell on these things. Think about the sense of accomplishment you feel by getting things done by working hard for it. I know.. easier said than done. But try, at least. Like I said, you are only hurting yourself by holding on to the grudge.

 I wouldn't want to trade places with her. I used to feel that way about my sister. She's now 33, living with my mom, doesn't drive, doesn't work. I know now that everything I worked so hard for has paid off.
