ST: short term goal 24 hrs
LT: long term goal 2-3 days
CS: coping skill, how do you get through the rouhg pats of the day, deep breathing, exercise, relaxation etc.
: a positive affirmation about yourself.
SST: self-soothing technique, what do you do for yourself to unwind, destress, or feel happy, like arts and crafts, reading, meditation.

ST: make it through thanksgiving.
LT: clean for my older son to come over :)
CS: deep breathing/stretching/journaling
I am a good mom
SST: watching comidies on my kindle or listening to music with headphones.
LT: To sign up for classes for next semester.
CS: Meditate for 10 min a day, do some of my workbook, and journal
:) I have come so far.
SST: Sew, read, take dog for a walk, or paint my nails.
