ST: short term goal 24 hrs
LT: long term goal 2-3 days
CS: coping skill, how do you get through the rough pats of the day, deep breathing, exercise, relaxation etc.
: a positive affirmation about yourself.
SST: self-soothing technique, what do you do for yourself to unwind, de-stress, or feel happy, like arts and crafts, reading, meditation.

ST: go to all my appointments today
LT: clean the house
CS: Staying organized

SST: music and reading
ST: not be too annoying at 10am meeting. Exercise after it
LT: call doctor for drugs
CS: prayer
: I had a scary money conversation yesterday and was fairly calm and possibly even supportive
SST: write
ST-Do laundry(it's in machine now) pick up and put up my manager scene.
LT- go to the store and buy Christmas cards and send them out.
I feel good about helping a friend, giving her suppport
CS-Having music on helps a lot. Not a t.v. watcher. If stress out, try to do breathing exercises. Being around my dog, Buddy. He knows when I need extra loving.
SST- relaxing exercises, reading,(my Bible and other books) listen to music.
