ST: short term goal 24 hrs

LT: long term goal 2-3 days

CS: coping skill, how do you get through the rough pats of the day, deep breathing, exercise, relaxation etc.

smile: a positive affirmation about yourself.

SST: self-soothing technique, what do you do for yourself to unwind, de-stress, or feel happy, like arts and crafts, reading, meditation.

ST: Go for coffee with a friend, get beads.

LT: orgnaize christmas gifts, see if there is anything else I need.

CS: positive self talk

:) I am doing better.

SST: reading and music.

St: get over it, just b/c I don't want to do everything doesn't make me a slacker. Oh I need to get outside too.

Lt: get through this Christmas stuff buy the last of the gifts & then get to new year. way better

cs: keep up my exercise routine

sst: reading & finally sleep time

ST: clean, sort laundy, make it through the day without annoying anyone. Get lots of sleep

LT: prepare something fun (??) for my daughter's birthday on Sunday

CS: Dunno, reading, facebook, lists...

smile: I'm trying not to bother people but to make their birthdays fun

SST: read in bed or at the Y if I think I can get away with it
