I went out and did errands without DH!  its been the first time in months.  I don't have agoraphobia or anything but I had not left the house without him because my depression has been so bad I was worried about getting into car accidents or not being able to think straight and complete what I needed to do since my mind has been so slow and foggy.

I was fine, and got everything I needed to done.  it definitely helps my self-esteem.

Over coming challenges definitely builds self esteem.  Glad you are getting out & doing normal things. That is great.

Great job! My mom is agoraphobic but has been forced out due to my grandma having been put into a nursing home. I think its good for her and her confidence has gotten a boost.
