ST: short term goal 24 hrs

LT: long term goal 2-3 days

CS: coping skill, how do you get through the rough pats of the day, deep breathing, exercise, relaxation etc.

smile: a positive affirmation about yourself.

SST: self-soothing technique, what do you do for yourself to unwind, de-stress, or feel happy, like arts and crafts, reading, meditation.

ST: try to clean up a bit

LT: get through meeting tomorrow

CS: staying active, positive thinking

:) I am a strong person

SST: reading and music
