Chest pain and tiredness. Was having chest pain for a few days and just feeling tired all the time with a constant headache. Finally broke down and went to er with dh, thinking the worst heart attack, stroke, etc. Doctor told me it was stress induced. My advice to everyone is do not wait when you have chest pain to seek help. Do not be like me and think it's nothing.

Yes stress is not your friend. Take time for yourself. Deep breathing, go walking, think good thoughts. Many illnesses sprout from chronic stress. Find a way to change the situation or to think differently about it. Write a list of good and think on those things.

Oh yes.  Stress puts a lot of stress on your body.  I went to the ER with chest pains last year and it was stress and fibro.  Take care and always seek help with chest pains.

I used to lose feeling in my fingers and feet.  Finally went to the doctor about that and he told me that was anxiety.
