Call around mental health clinics and get into see a therapist. Also there are support groups for therapy and depression that are free and the clinic should be able to tell you where they are.
you might need to be taking something for the anxiety. i would make an appt with a therapist and see if they want you to see a dr to get something but you need the talk therapy also. good luck.
I also wanted to add, with my own struggles with anxiety and PTSD, sometimes it gets worse before it gets better. But please don't let that deter you from getting help, Getting out of the worst part of anxiety, panic, PTSD is so liberating and you will feel so much better.
